Quiet little getaway

The suite was huge and clean. We loved chilling by the pool. it was super relaxing. The breakfast spread had some delicious options, especially the fresh fruit. Only thing is, the food choices weren’t the best. Overall, it was a nice place to unwind and just escape the hustle of everyday life.

I truly enjoyed the peaceful environments around the pools, surrounded by lush gardens, and the overall tranquility made for a lovely escape. The staff were attentive and provided thoughtful recommendations, which added a touch of special warmth to my stay.

wonderful stay with minor room setup issues

Kris at the front desk greeted me like an old friend, showcasing exceptional hospitality. The garden views from my room were breathtaking, and I enjoyed the tranquility of the pool area, which truly felt like a escape. The spaciousness of the two-bedroom suite allowed for a comfortable stay, providing ample space to unwind after a day of exploring.

The twin bed setup didn't suit my needs, and I found it frustrating that my pillows kept falling.

The pool area was great and very quiet, but breakfast was pretty mediocre.

Absolutely loved the two stunning pools with a bar and the beautiful surroundings. Our room was tidy every day, and the amenities were fabulous! Can't get over how kind everyone was during our stay!

The receptionist could use a lesson in friendliness—solved our bed mix-up in a jiffy, but it felt like pulling teeth! The outdated furniture felt like I stepped back into a time machine!

Enjoyed spacious, comfortable accommodations complemented by attentive front desk and housekeeping staff. Agung and Eka at the bar were highlights, serving fantastic cocktails. The infinity pool was inviting, and the breakfast buffet was enjoyable, though I wished for more efficiency during peak times.

The room was spacious and modern, but the bed situation was a bit awkward. They offered us twin beds instead of the double we wanted, and the placement meant pillows kept falling off. Super frustrating! The decor could use an update too, felt a bit dated. However, the view from the room was nice, and it was tidy every day. Just wish they'd been more flexible with the room setup, especially since we noticed a double available nearby.
